Summary

Success is not an accident, we have to make it happen on purpose.

If you want to live an amazing life, or even just make next year way better than this year, then you have to get intentional about it, about what you want to manifest into your life over the next 12 months and the kind of person you want to be.

It’s so easy to get hung up on our self-doubt and the limitations we make up in our minds. We convince ourselves that we need to be more “realistic”, that it’s silly to dream so big.

That’s why every year it’s so important to give ourselves permission once again to dream big, to get excited about the possibilities, to reconnect with ourselves and get intentional about what we truly want to experience in our lives.

So in this week’s episode we’re going through this process together and planning our best year ever!

0:59.8	I wanted to get together with you and I wanted to dream up some big plans for us for 2022.
1:06.3	I thought I would just create a little space for us to just expand our minds and our visions and use our
1:12.8	imaginations to really dream up the most amazing year for ourselves. I think so often we, as the year,
1:21.0	you know, as we get into a year, so often our limitations and our, you know, we end up becoming
1:26.7	realistic or we imagine maybe
1:30.3	the worst things that are going to happen or we get so hung up on our limitations that
1:34.0	we're actually not using our imaginations anymore to dream big and to, you know, to expand
1:41.6	our minds as to like where we can go and what we can achieve.
1:45.4	So yeah, I think at this time of year and every time of year it's so important to just do this
1:49.9	and to come back to this place of dreaming, visualising, connecting with ourselves and really
1:58.1	getting intentional about what we want. You probably heard me say this a million
2:01.2	times before, but success is not an accident. We have to create success on purpose. If you want to live
2:09.3	an amazing life, if you want to make next year way better than this year, then you have to get intentional about it.
