People here work hard, you know, like they're proud of that.

And I think that's, that's like a big thing for, you know, just bringing back like a vibrant city that has like an awesome, like music history, art culture, manufacturing history.

You know, it's like, you got a great riverfront, you know.

We got like, I feel like there's just so many positives that are, you know, going to drive things and are driving things in the right direction.

And a lot of like ambitious youth, too, you know, because we kind of had to figure out a different way, you know, a different way to do it.
