I love this guy.

He is one of the smartest people ever.

His name is Dr. Serini Palais.

He's the author of one of my favorite books of all time called Life Unlocked.

Seven revolutionary lessons to overcome fear.

He also got his most recent book called Tinker, Dabble, Doodle, Try, Unlocked, The Power of the Unfocused Mind.

This stuff is fascinating.

I just interviewed him on my interview podcast a couple of weeks ago and people loved it.

And one of the reasons why I love studying his stuff is because in the self-help personal development space,

you know, we're given so many instructions, you know, have faith, stay in intention,

where your attention goes, your energy flows, create an image.

And that stuff is great.

You know, that stuff that I do, but at the same time, I want to understand what goes on physiologically when we do that.

What goes on in the brain when we do that because the brain is where the change happens.

And so Dr. Serini Palais' work is great if you want to learn anything about that.
