| 1:05.9 | especially in a high volume prep right now, such as my Ironman prep. |
| 1:11.5 | We are about eight weeks out from Ironman, Arizona, which is November 16th, full Ironman, |
| 1:19.0 | so I'm deep into training right now. |
| 1:21.8 | And I'll share what my recovery routine and protocols are throughout this, this episode. |
