to kick-ety and moderation. As of today I'm 38 days sober. I am getting to the halfway

mark of my 100-day challenge. I tend with, let's see, I tend to gravitate to these challenges of

self-discipline because that for me is how I hold myself accountable. It has proven to be something that works very efficient for me and I find that the guilt of taking a drink before the challenge ends is catastrophic for me.

Now let's preface this episode because I am in no way wanting to shame anyone who has a healthy

relationship with alcohol. I am so jealous of you. I think running my own business and

being isolated in my house. It is literally 5 o'clock at any time of the day.
