Hello you guys, long time no talk. I feel like skipping an episode just really really got me behind.

And today as much as I want to talk about the whole hacked situation,

if you don't know, my Instagram was hacked last Tuesday. So what was the date on Tuesday? We were on our way home from the river and I had signed in an email and my

Instagram was hacked like immediately everything was changed within 30 seconds so

maybe you are listening to this podcast and you've been wondering where I've been.

My Instagram was hacked and I started a new one for those of you guys who follow me and are wanting

So anyways, I'm gonna get a little bit more into that.

I think I'm gonna throw like an extra episode in this week,

going over like everything that's happened and just how to prevent this from happening to you
