Our first question is from Linda, who wants to know which green powders we recommend, and how to choose a high quality brand. Soils are over-farmed and the resulting fruits and vegetables don't contain as many nutrients as they once did. But even when cavities ARE present, you don't necessarily need to get a filling. When you break a bone, your body heals itself.
