I have been learning a lot about motivation and how humans get

motivated within my RRT training. And I get a lot of questions about this. Everyone's like, what is

RR? What are you talking about? So I'm taking a certification called RRT, which is rapid resolution

therapy. And it's 100% the most effective healing modality that I have

ever used. It can help heal anxiety, trauma, any stuckness in one session. It's phenomenal. I'm

halfway down my certification. And there's so much that I'm so excited to share with you guys but this is a
