I mean, I think the headline that we hope our audience can understand is there has been a really comprehensive

assault on compensation and working conditions across the board in all work areas of

the writer business for years and years. the this comprehensive group of issues. And so what on the table and what was remains on the table at the point that we unfortunately had to break off negotiations and were forced out on strike was a comprehensive package of proposals that were

aimed at addressing compensation and working condition issues in features in episodic television and in comedy variety.
