He's talking about facing our fears, taking actions, taking the hits, taking the blows,

getting the feedback and then doing something new to get us to where we want to go.

I'm reminded of the story of some explorers where in Africa and they saw these little boys playing

with these little rocks.

They were shooting models, game similar to that.

And these models, so to speak, were shiny and these explorers,

as these little boys, they say, here, taste this candy.

Give them some candy.
