Good morning, praise be Jesus Christ. I'm in Leon, Spain continuing our

Camino to Santiago to the Basilica and to the relics traditionally held in

Santiago Spain of St. James the Greater, the first

martyr to be, sorry the first apostle to be martyred there in Jerusalem and

somehow his remains being miraculously transferred to Spain.

This morning I wanted to just briefly introduce you to the various pilgrimage routes in the people use the

the most traditional one is the Camino france, the French way and this one goes

back well I mean originally the Camino which just started wherever your house was, wherever

you left, but they converge on to different pathways. And so this Camino Francay, the oldest one is documented an old codex called the codex

calixtinus dedicated to the Pope I believe and this is the way that's followed by those coming from continental Europe outside of Spain as far away as Paris.

The most original is the Camino Primativo and it goes up through Oviedo which I've heard is very beautiful.

We're not doing that.

But that's the old school way. There's also the

Portuguese Camino and I was told recently that this one has really exploded in the last three years. This begins either in Lisbon or Porto and you work your way north up through Portugal into Spain Spain, into Santiago.

I mean, it's also the Camino del Norte,

and this starts in the vast city of I-Roon,

hopefully I said that, right?

So really, it's wherever you begin from your home.

I count my communal starting from my home.

Because even the travel, we're on airplanes

and we have modern luxuries but it's still difficult I mean the the

travel the you know being tied to an airplane chair even just the lack of food and
