Triathlon is absolutely a sport that can change lives, but there always seems to be a mystery around how we can get more people to take that leap. Initiatives pop up all the time, but like most real changes it comes down to grass roots movements. We talk about what you can do to help make this sport more enjoyable and accessible to new people.
