Number one, about how important it is for you to schedule your personal development.

Because if that next step is not on the schedule, if it's not planned, you're very likely not to take it.

He also talks about, you know, when you accomplish a goal, and you imagine that it's going to be the most amazing thing in the world,

but sometimes it feels like a letdown. It just doesn't feel the way that you thought it was going to feel.

Well, he gives you a tip in this episode that will help you to feel better and to be ready for the next thing.
