What's good, everyone. This is Dr. Knee. And I'm really excited that you joined for another episode of The Come Up. this is going to be a good one. I think you

don't like this one. So before we get into that one, I just want to really let y'all know that,

you know, we got a relationship with Physician CEO. You hear their advertisements in the beginning

of the show. And for those who don't know what Physician CEO is, who it is, where all this

stuff is coming from. Physician CEO is a business program

out at Northwestern University out in Chicago, and it's affiliated with the Kellogg School of Management.

And it is a program that is intense, and it helps doctors really start to look at themselves as a

venture, as a startup, as opposed to an employee. So if you've ever thought about kind of starting

your own practice and you want to know how to stand out and market that business or practice,

or if you want to kind of transition from being an employee to having more of a leadership

role in medicine and learn about marketing, this program is for you. Okay, this is a really good

program. I went up and I looked at

their modules and I kind of vetted it first before we developed that relationship. But they

recently flew me up to talk to their students up in Chicago and I got a chance to talk to them

during their last module of physician CEO. And what I talked to them about was, how do I take a podcast

or whatever venture it may be, a blog, or whatever you want to look at it as something that

you're just starting out as a passion project? How do you take that and transition that into a

business? So, you know, I talked to them about how to become profitable, you know, what my hiring

practices were.

So how do I go from working with virtual assistance to actual having employees and just the process

of bringing revenue, bringing advertising to the show and just the different layers of bringing

revenue to this as a business?
