Hello and welcome to this week's episode of the Disunplugged Connecting with Walt

podcast. I am co-host of connecting

with Walt Craig Williams. And unfortunately today, I am not joined alongside by host of the show,

Michael Bowling. You may remember a few weeks back, Michael announced that he was actually going

to have surgery to remove a tumor from his appendix.

And from what I understand that, surgery went well and it was successful, and he was on the

road to recovery, but then a small setback happened that resulted in him having to return to

the hospital. And as of right now now we're not quite sure when he will

actually be able to be released but in the meantime i'm sure michael would want the show to go on

because he knows how much this show brings people joy out there and helps them when they're in

their times of need, just like he is

right now. And yeah, he would, he would not be okay with skipping too many weeks if there was a

solution around it. And as of right now, we have a couple episodes left still with our series

with Mary Jo, where we connected with Walt in Southern California.

But I'm actually going to keep those on the reserve right now in case we need them,

as we're not quite sure how long Michael will need to recover.

So it's just everything's up in the air right now.
