Because well, Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

And we're gonna talk a little bit about

thankfulness and what the Bible has to say about Thanksgiving and so Matt with that I'm

going to throw it your way. That's right buddy. Today's story is all about thankfulness and the

story takes place in the time of Jesus and we follow him as he's on his way to

Jerusalem. He's traveling along the border of Samaria and Galilee. As Jesus

enters a village he hears a group of 10 lepers who are just calling out to him

for help and they're calling out from a distance.

You'll remember leprosy was the super contagious skin disease so gnarly that the people who

had it had to separate themselves from the rest of the population

so that folks wouldn't catch it.

Those who had leprosy were considered unclean.

So anyway, these folks are yelling to Jesus, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. Jesus tells them,
