like where is she getting these questions from how do i ask Ashley questions usually I'll get them from

my Instagram like every now and then I'll be like you know what I need to hear from the people and I'll

post on my story like what advice do you need what questions do you have and if you ever have like a

really long question there's also a google form in the show notes where you can ask me there because

i know on instagram there's like a character limit um so either instagram the google forum

instagram's easier for me but if you ever have one, just go to Google forum and then DM me on

Instagram be like, hey, I filled one out and I'll check it out. But for this advice session, I had

asked on Instagram if anyone had seasonal questions, like questions in particular with the colder

months because I know a lot of people struggle with the next couple months.

So right now I am sitting down. I'm wearing a skeleton sweatshirt with my skeleton blanket and I have

orange socks on and I'm drinking a pumpkin coffee out of this like mummy cup that I got at the

grocery store. Very festive because it's the last week of October.

And when this goes up, I think it'll literally be the last Monday of October.
