Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and .com. Today's feature speaker is Loretta Lurosh. And I love this one

because you know what I think I think people don't smile enough. I think people

don't laugh enough. And one of the big reasons for this is that most of us have

this negative pessimistic monologue going on in our heads all day. And when you've

got that monologue going on in your head all day, and when you're outwardly

speaking that monologue as well, it becomes really hard to smile. It becomes

really hard to laugh. So in today's clip, Loretta is going to talk about becoming

more optimistic, not polyanna, but becoming more optimistic about life, seeing

life in a different way. Here's Loretta. Can you imagine what would happen if you

just smiled more? If you just did that, if you if you actually walked around

looking happier because so many people look bad, don't they? Yeah, I always

like to almost go to a funeral all the time. And they're on dial tone. You say how

I find. I'm fine. How is lunch? Okay. Just sleep well? Yeah. No enthusiasm,

nothing. So I think let's start right there. I want everybody to smile. Just smile.

You know, now the interesting chemistry behind smiling is even if you don't

mean it, you still get the same chemical response. Because now your brain is

saying, I think we're happy. So just smile at each other. See what you can do.
