The same day that I found out that we are certainly out of school

for my daughter, at least six weeks, we all know, maybe longer, where thousands and thousands and

thousands of people worldwide lost their jobs, a time at which uncertainty and fear are everywhere.

And we had originally scheduled this interview four or five months ago to talk about

Rick's book that is coming out in May. But we decided to make this conversation a two-parter. So we will have an episode coming out

in several weeks to talk about Rick's new book. But we also decided to use this time to give you

a resource for resilience in crisis or how to be resilient in tough times. I know personally when I started this conversation,

I was still kind of in a state of anxiety. And by the end, I did feel that inner core of strength

and calm. And it is my honor to be able to give this gift to you today, this conversation,
