Pastor John Hammer is a beacon of light for his community and you know since I

started this at a podcast we've done over a episodes, very few of them on spiritual health. You see, holistic health, which is what the Learn

Health podcast is about is helping us to develop our health mentally,

emotionally, physically, and spiritually and energetically. And a lot of the times though I have doctors on teaching what herbs we can take,

what kind of diet, what kind of detox, and that's great. We should absolutely implement

eating organic non-GMO and looking to natural medicine but if we have a

unhealthy spiritual body then or an unhealthy emotional body, or an unhealthy mental body, we are just as likely to have

an unhealthy physical body, so we really need to address every aspect of our life.

And so I came to John and I asked him,

would you please come and teach us what we can do to give us some soul food,

help us have a stronger spiritual health.

And I love his teachings. I've attended some of his services.

And so regardless of what religion you are, I think we can always benefit from a wonderful, a spiritual teacher.
