Lauren said the worst part of this besides the constant fear is that schools were on continuous

lockdown and even though it was a gort even though it was gorgeous out they had recess

inside and this went on for days and days and days.

Oh, and so far we've only gone until just the first day.

That stinks. I wish we had recess. You know, studies have shown that recess actually

in physical activity increases student performance.

So I think that high schools should have recess, but...

I think there's something to be said for like taking a break mentally you know they have they have a

lunch period where they can kind of just chill and do whatever for you know 40

minutes or so but physical activity where or having like recess it actually it's it promotes a
