Take a huge deep breath in through the nose, and out through the nose and say, "inhale the good shit, exhale the bullshit" (or the bad shit) depending on what we are dealing with.  

 

Lindsay talks about how one of the changes she's made in the last 5 or so years that's made the biggest impact on her life is deciding not to care about things that don't matter anymore.  Letting things go is so freeing but it's not always as easy to do in real time.
