This interview sends chills up my spine. I realized when I stopped the interview today and

uh and finished the recording and thank the interviewer and sat back in my chair that what I had just completed was the best interview I have done and not because of me but because of the guests.

Today I have with you the most important interview I think I have ever done.

I love every guest and I think every guest has so many important things to share.

This interview is about saving humanity and I know that sounds big, but it is quite a powerful topic. Before we get into the interview,

I wanted to let you know that today's my mother's birthday

the day I recorded this May 18th and like last year when I released an episode on

her birthday I dedicated that episode to her and today as well.

My mother passed a way of cancer when I was 22 years old back in 2002.

Today she would have been 70.

Having grown up, my mother was my best friend and she was my mentor, she was my hero,

and she's the one that inspired me to get into natural medicine and believe in the body's ability to heal.

Having to spend the majority of my 20s and 30s without a mom, especially having been so close to her, has been quite difficult.

And so if you have your parents still just give them an extra big hug today

because you're very very lucky
