So my week, I'm in the throes of an agent going back and forth on a possible deal for myself and my husband to write something.

So I'm in that moment of being able to thank your agent for their skill. You know, my agent is wonderful. He loves to make a deal like he lives for it. He just lives for making the deal. And I always try to remember to thank him for that expertise and his passion for me. But I also always love that it's never just about the money.'s about who I'm working with and the

communication strategies of how this is going to work together and you know setting

me up and in this case myself and Joe for success, you know, like really making sure that we're going to be able to do this project successfully, creatively, we're going to be able to turn in a draft we love.
