It is October. That means maybe you're starting to feel a little more balanced. And fall is here in the U.S. That's kind of fun. The leaves are falling. I'm thinking about pumpkins, pulling out my Halloween decorations. How about you? I just want to thank you for tuning in and making your happiness and your high vibe life a priority. Sometimes we get stuck in feelings of burnout and overwhelmed

and exhaustion and we don't feel like we get to choose what we're doing, but I want to remind
