Can you believe that it is almost 2022? I feel like I blinked and boom, here we are at the end of the year.

I cannot believe that the pandemic started almost two years ago. It feels like the longest two years of my life and also simultaneously, I can't believe it's already been two years.

Today we're going to dive in and we're going to talk about the fear of

failure because I want you to be able to go into 2022 with a different relationship with failure

because I believe if we change our relationship to failure, to pain, and to setbacks,

they can actually be really beautiful parts of the human experience. Even though they maybe

aren't the most fun parts of the human experience, they though they maybe aren't the most fun parts of the human experience,

they are purposeful and they can create beauty.

And I believe that when we don't fear failure, when we change our relationship to pain,

we can allow seasons where we feel like we've failed or experiences that are really painful shape us into women

that we couldn't be without the failure and without the pain. And I want to talk about the gift

that is in the failure. So if you've ever feared failure, first of all, you are not alone in

any way, shape, and form. Failure is something that so many people are absolutely terrified of. And

the reason they're afraid of failure is because it stems from a fear of experiencing shame and

embarrassment or feelings of worthlessness. So a lot of people try to avoid anything taking risk

because they are afraid if they take a risk and fail, it will result in shame,

embarrassment, worthlessness, and feelings of just, you know, not being good enough. So if you're

fearing failure, you're not alone. If you're struggling in your relationship with food in your

body, it's likely eroded a lot of self-trust. And there might be a very intense feeling of fear of failure because maybe you've tried a lot of self-trust and there might be a very intense feeling of fear of failure because maybe

you've tried a lot of things to heal your relationship with food and you haven't found success yet.
