Hello and welcome to episode one three one of the Diz Unplugged connecting with WAP podcast.

I am your host and Diz historian Michael Boulding and I am joined by my co-host, producer, and good Fred Craig Williams, who is the Dizz's own 20th century Fox.

Craig, how are you today?

I'm freezing.

You are?

Why?

What is it?

Is it like 60 degrees there or something?

No, we, tonight, as of the night that we're recording this, I'm not going to date it too much with that.

But it's a cold week the entire week

here in Florida, for the most part. But tonight it is saying it's going to be a low with 35.

Oh, wow. It's close. It's about where we're at.

Yeah. Out here, too. We have rain also. Yeah. No, and that's, it's, we, it's kind of a chilly week. So yesterday wasn't that, that cold.

The highest temperature we're going to see all this week is the day that the show is released.

It's supposed to be 76, but lows every night in the 50s or 40s.

And so I, I am super happy because, you know, after the holidays, always looking for

ways to cut money. And if I don't have to turn on the AC, then I am a very happy guy.

No. So, Craig, is Oscar weeping because the Walt Disney Company is wiping away decades of cinematic history by removing the Fox from 20th century Fox and Fox Searchlight?

I don't understand this decision at all. I mean, I do understand it that, you know, not to get political or anything with it, but I would have to

imagine that regardless of what would ever be put out in the media and what would be said about it,
