And I am so grateful that out of all the amazing podcasts that exist in this universe,

you decided to choose this one.

And if I'm sounding a little bit deep, that wasn't really deep. All I did was

use the word universe, but speaking of deep, this is a deeper episode. So Jessica Poo is my guest.

She is a Appalachian Trail through hiker. She's done the Colorado Trail, some other cool stuff.

We talk about that a little bit at the beginning.

She's also the now wife of Baker Bow Corny, who is always on the show.

I met both of them before they got married when I threw Hike the AT in 2018.

And anyway, so for this episode, we went through different ways that we've changed just in general, in real life, because of our experiences through hiking and backpacking, things we've done differently

in our life now because of our experiences on the trail and things like that.

And so it was, it was really fun.

Like I said, there's, there's some deeper stuff in this one.

There was also just some goofy stuff too.

It's kind of interesting how this stuff changes you.

So it was awesome.
