Greg. How are you doing? Doing wonderful. Yeah, have a four-month-old at home. And so just trying to figure out the new chaos of running my real estate business and starting a family. Yeah, yeah,

that's a whole new challenge for sure. So tell us a little bit about your story and how you got

into real estate. So we'll try to go as short as humanly possible. I tend to talk a lot. So

2008, I broke my neck doing college wrestling. The global financial crisis happened. And I was like,

what the heck am I still doing in my

hometown? So I picked up, moved to Thailand and became a scuba instructor, as one does. Then I got a job

in the Caribbean, teaching sailing and scuba diving, did that for about three years, super fun,

really adventureful. But like there was always that like, what's next.

I don't know if I can do this forever.

Move to San Diego, got a job doing roofing that was miserable.
