1:00.8	Greg. How are you doing? Doing wonderful. Yeah, have a four-month-old at home. And so just trying to figure out the new chaos of running my real estate business and starting a family. Yeah, yeah,
1:06.8	that's a whole new challenge for sure. So tell us a little bit about your story and how you got
1:12.0	into real estate. So we'll try to go as short as humanly possible. I tend to talk a lot. So
1:18.7	2008, I broke my neck doing college wrestling. The global financial crisis happened. And I was like,
1:26.6	what the heck am I still doing in my
1:27.9	hometown? So I picked up, moved to Thailand and became a scuba instructor, as one does. Then I got a job
1:36.1	in the Caribbean, teaching sailing and scuba diving, did that for about three years, super fun,
1:40.7	really adventureful. But like there was always that like, what's next.
1:44.3	I don't know if I can do this forever.
1:46.5	Move to San Diego, got a job doing roofing that was miserable.
1:51.1	East County, San Diego on top of a roof.
1:53.6	It's about 140 degrees on those roofs all day long.
