If you don't take responsibility for your own life, you cannot fix what you do not own.

That's what it boils down to and I had to come to accept that I have this debt.

That is my responsibility. I need to address address it I need to address it for myself for my kids to have that

stability and that is what kept me moving forward and sometimes people look at me today

and the few that know that I have rental properties and whatnot and they say well you just got lucky but I don't believe in must I believe that I worked very hard I researched I did a lot to get myself in a position so that I became lucky. I did my homework and I didn't allow

ear to keep me from doing things.

We're just talking a little bit before the show on whether or not we see massive opportunity

or if it's a setback for us right now financially in this market and

I'm sure everybody's going to have an opinion all over the board depending on whether or not

how far you're invested in stocks and whether you're riding the market right now or

possibly your age or whether or not you are unemployed or have lost a job or been furloughed.

Yeah, right, I mean, I think it totally depends, like you just said,

on age group is a big piece of it, right?

So people that are our age and, you know, 20s, 30s,

and probably even young 40s look at it as,
