Hey, everyone, welcome to the podcast. Today we have another paleo-thyroid solution success story.

Kara, welcome to the show. Hi, thanks for having me. You have a great story that's kind of classically steeped in experiencing many years of being

with an uninformed doctor, endocrinologist.

And your thyroid story now has a great ending.

But I'd love to, let's hear your journey because you are one of those people where synthroid failed them. You had to go on a T3, T4 combo. And there were some things along

the way that are really interesting. And for everyone out there, we'll talk about how you got

diagnosed with Hashimoto's, but let's start from the beginning. I mean, you were always,

you still are, but you're a tall, kind of skinny body type. And in high school, you were super skinny,

possibly even hyperthyroid, you might think, but you know, you used to eat whatever you want.

People used to say how skinny you were. And then at what point did something go wrong where you

thought like, hmm, I need to see a doctor. Like what were those symptoms that made you say, you know, something's off here.

I mean, I was feeling fine.

As in my adult life, you know, I went through college and then after that, you know,

my adult life, I just kind of went through life normal, you know, never really thinking

anything was wrong.
