tight housing market in a lot of metros. In some markets, buyers are jumping on listings within

seconds of them being posted. W wannabe homeowners are burrowing themselves into these ever

scarcer, ever busier open houses and going a little mad trying to get in the

first bid. Real estate agents are knocking on hundreds of doors just to try to squeeze out one more

sale listing for themselves. And one place that's really emblematic of this squeeze is Seattle,

Washington, which is a place where we wouldn't recommend investing here,

of course, because we're cash flow-centric investors, and that's not where the cash flow is.

But what's going on in Seattle is just really interesting, and it tells you a lot.
