0:46.9	discussing episode seven and further and with me today is Laura Richards, founder of

0:56.7	and a journalist trained at the FBI but also at New Scotland Yard.
1:00.7	And at least as Embedy and the casting director for Criminal Minds where Jim is my
1:04.3	colleague and Jim you never say that you're a writer. You never say that.
1:07.9	That is true. I don't say that and I should say that. I'm also a writer and
1:12.4	producer on CBS's hit series Criminal Minds. I've been involved with the show
1:17.5	since season one and we just finished season 11. So thank you for being out
1:23.8	there and watching our show. So today we're going to be talking about
1:29.7	episode seven of the people versus OJ Simpson. This episode is entitled
1:35.4	Conspiracy Theories and this goes right along with what Laura was saying about
1:40.4	the strategy of the defense trying to throw the prosecution off and trying to
1:46.9	make the jury believe that somebody else could have done it. And I think
1:50.8	that's a common strategy and a much more actually legitimate strategy than
1:55.5	some of the things that they actually pulled during the course of this trial.
1:58.3	But the first false lead and they set this up by Dershowitz teaching a class
2:04.5	and then dramatically faxing some words into the trial team.
