I welcome Elizabeth Peake, writing on column for the Hill,

a comment for Fox News, much on Fox business,

to comment on what I read as a

bullish headline in the Financial Times. And backstory on that, the Financial Times is written by

very smart young people, very smart. They majority either are Oxbridge or would have been

if they hadn't gone overseas to Europe to go to

university. They tend to write for labor. They're left of center. And they're sharp, very sharp.

So if there's any bad news anywhere, they'll find it and use it, especially if it's about Donald

Trump in the United States.

There's nothing on the front page as bad news this morning. Liz, good evening to you.

Thank you very much. No bad news at the FD worries me a little bit because are they doing their job?

Is there really no bad news? But this one, U.S. Army taps private equity groups to help fund $150 billion revamp, bringing in Apollo, KK.R.

Carlisle, Cerberus, the big guys, and its Bessens idea, with the Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll endorsing it,

what they want is private equity to get involved with financing ideas to build the infrastructure,

aka data centers, the military needs. Build it on bases, they're ready to trade land for

investment. In other words, they're saying to private equity, what the president has been saying

to sovereign states overseas, invest in us and we'll give you business.

And I read this as entirely bullish and brand new.
