It's called 13 Things Strong Kids Do. It's by Amy Moran, M-O-R-I-N. It's a fantastic book. And as I'm going through it with our daughter as we're reading through some of this

This stuff isn't just for kids some of these ideas could apply to adults like any human

Yeah. And I thought this is some good stuff. I want to kind of riff off a little bit of the

principles that are coming up in this book on how to be a strong person or a strong personality,

a strong person in your life. I think it could be useful for anybody

not just a child reading this or not just a kid like Piper yeah what I appreciated about this book is that

the advice is actually solid personal development advice.

It's written to be accessible to kids,

which is great.

But like you, I also thought that this was,

if not the first time a person will have heard it,

like a really good reminder that these are,

And I picked at the book up or I purchased the book for Piper because I liked the chapter,

you know, headings and I liked the principals that they were going through.
