I want to start this by saying I feel very inadequate to answer this question.

How do you co- sleep and how do you transition them out of your bed?

Once you start by saying I am not the person to ask. Now I do have five kids who sleep through the night so I guess that's something

but I am a person who has neglected in all of this time to learn how to properly

transition kids from co-sleeping to sleeping in their crib.

It's always worked out, but I feel like I've done it maybe a little bit differently each time.

I definitely haven't read any books or have

any special methods. I tried that once and it just stressed me out trying to

figure out exactly how the child should sleep and their schedule.

It is so not my personality type.

So if it's yours, you should probably just read one of those books and go on with the schedule. But I will

explain to you what we do for each of our kids. This is just what works best for me and
