Now let's get to how Donald Trump has violated the freedom of speech.

Well, we know that he's the one who's presided over the new more expanded indictment of

Julian Assange, whether there's a trial or not still dependent on extradition proceedings in Britain, but he's

certainly he's tried to utilize his position to punish those in the press

pool, the White House press pool, say things critical of him and he's openly said well we need to change the

libel laws really to cut back on what the Supreme Court has said in famous case called New York Times

in Sullivan grants the press some breathing room in publishing stories that may be inaccurate, but are not knowingly inaccurate and expose them to heavy libel judgments.
