Summary

Rich Reinhardt went from Border Patrol to DEA as a diversion investor and landed at the IRS, working complex cases with DEA. But one case was the biggest case Reinhardt had ever worked on—four billion dollars scammed from victims around the globe to buy a virtual currency called OneCoin. To this day, the founder of the scam sits on the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted. The real question is…is she still alive?
