dr knee segment haven't done this segment, this type of Q&A in a while, it's been close to a year. But I've been getting questions sent to me through Facebook, Instagram, email. And I just want to say, like, if you go to the website right now, if you go to Dr. Kneedarko.com on the right side of the website,

there's a blue button where you can literally leave me a voicemail type question where you can ask

any type of question that you want to ask me.

If you want to know anything about personal finance, if you want to know how we do things

in our house from a personal finance standpoint, how we paid off our loan, how we deal with a

locum schedule, you can go ahead and ask that question there.

Every now and then we get a question through there, and I really love hearing the voice messages.

So don't forget about that.

And then I think next in terms of the order, I would have to say I'm on Instagram a lot.

a lot of catching up right now and I'm seeing that I've been getting some questions from Facebook.

And that's probably the hardest way to get in touch with me just because I just find Facebook

to be, I don't know, Facebook to me is just slower. It's not as intuitive to me as everything else. So for everyone who's been sending
