And, you know, the bulk of this interview really goes into hiring talent, but hiring remote

talent in other countries at like a fraction of the cost.

But an interesting perspective he has,

it's not just hiring an assistant to fill out docu signs for you

or an assistant to help you with paperwork and stuff you don't want to do.

He's talking about outsourcing ways of,

hey, I've got this new business idea and here's somebody that can start

and run the whole company or, hey, I've got this. And there's some really, really high level stuff. He's got some

great reasons for it. He has some really interesting perspectives of if you're planning to hire

in other countries, what the difference between India or the Philippines or South Asia or

or South America, you know, why one's country might be better for different types of
