Notworthy in iTunes for two categories for health and for science and medicine

and we have held the spot in number two spot in education.

This is just a testament to how much we need this information.

People are seeking true health and I am so passionate to be able to provide you

with all this information. You know, there's not one right answer when it comes to health because we're all bio individuals.

For you, maybe going vegan, raw vegan would be the most healing thing for your body.

And yet, the next listener may be going Atkins or maybe going paleo would be the most healing

thing for their body.

So when it comes to diet there's no one perfect answer.

When it comes to supplements there might be no one perfect answer.

When it comes to herbs, there might not be one perfect answer for absolutely everyone.

In fact, there probably isn't one herb that everyone should take all the time because we all have

a season.

You know, we're now coming into summer and when you learn more about
