All I needed to do to kind of save myself was to actually stand up.

And I kind of use that as a bit of a metaphor for the work that I do now of part of how we get unstuck,

part of how we kind of come back to life is by standing up in the truth of who we are,

like reclaiming our identity, owning what our purpose is,

and getting back into our own skin.
