Has anyone ever said to you "Ohhh, just live a little." when you're trying to focus on your goals? You know, when you're eating healthy and someone shoves a donut in your face and says "just live a little"

You have to say NO to living a little so you can live A LOT! We have to be able to say no to temptation, to those small, short term temptations, in order to live our best life 24/7!
