0:18.8	share this with you yet, but my son Sean, he's in eighth grade, and he ran for ASB President,
0:24.7	and we found out yesterday afternoon that he won. So he is officially class president.
0:30.0	So my wife Sarah, she's like the best at making people feel special when things like this happen.
0:34.8	So this morning she woke up, and she found like a local limousine company. So we're going to pick up
0:39.5	Sean, like in a limousine from school, and take him in his friends. That's good ice cream after
0:43.3	where it's like the presidential treatment once it gets out of school today.
0:47.7	Oh my god, you're going to have the little tiny American flags and stuff.
0:51.3	My name is Emily. Yeah. Oh my god. That is so awesome. What a unique experience for him.
1:01.2	So excited. I remember seeing on social media too, Sarah, I'm making the posters.
1:06.4	The posters were so great. So for those of you that don't follow me on Instagram,
1:09.4	I posted some pictures of my wife and I did, and we took a bunch of popular memes,
1:14.0	and we like repurpose them to be about my son's election. So like all the teachers were cracking
1:18.8	up about it. So yeah, it seemed to go over pretty well with the kids too.
1:22.2	Hi, like I really got to start my game. I mean, I take my kids to the tractor stores and take
1:27.9	out a toy tractor. Oh man, that's awesome. I'm so glad he wanted. Oh, that's so great.
1:39.2	I appreciate that. Yeah, I guess the only other thing we were about to list our first
1:43.8	jostle tree flip. So this would be a turnkey Airbnb that we're selling in jostle tree.
1:49.2	I'm sure by the time this one airs, we'll probably already have it listed, but excited to kind of
1:54.3	get into that business. And I think there's a lot of opportunity for us there to use our resources
