Paleo diet does not mean you have to eat meat. And that's a big misnomer. Okay. So you do not have to eat red meat ever. And you also don't have to eat a bunch of saturated fat to be paleo. When it came to eating and dieting, I couldn't, I couldn't do it. I interviewed over a thousand women and I said, what did you do? Breakfast, lunch, lunch, and dinner, what did you eat?
