Summary

From behind the Iron Curtain, Jack Barsky (not his original name) went from living in communism to operating inside capitalism against the main enemy of the Soviet Union—the United States of America. He was recruited by the KGB and spent five years being trained before coming to the USA and spying for the next ten years as an illegal rezident. Eventually, he ‘resigned’ from the KGB and thought he had put his covert past behind him until the FBI showed up one day.

According to his website JackBarksy.com, “ Jack is a law-abiding patriotic American citizen who is taking advantage of one last chance to live a normal life.”

Check out his book “Deep Undercover: My Secret Life and Tangled Allegiances as a KGB Spy in America”.
