He's the founder of Torchbearer Ministries, and we're going to talk with them today about teens. And basically, teen ministry. How do we do it? If you got teens, if you're a parent, if you're working in a

parish, if you're a grandparent, if you're a teen, any of those, any of the above, 8883187, 884,

we've got to do this from time to time because, look, the stuff that is grabbing the teen mind

is very, very powerful, and we've got to be there with the love of Jesus

Christ, not to be like, you know, slapping them on their hands, but to be saying, let me show you

a more excellent way. We've got to show them the love of Jesus. All of this stuff, everything that

you read about, everything you do

online finds its proper context when you know that who Jesus is and that he loves you.

Loves you so much he would die for you. Everything in life comes into context. So how can we help

them to find that? Because so much of what's online is designed to keep them from that knowledge.

Connor McLaughlin, welcome. Thanks, Cy. Good to be here. So you've been working, doing this

teen ministry thing for years. Forever, yeah, I was in high school. I was doing team ministry. I went to college,

try to be a youth minister. God shoved me off that path. I'm doing something else. But one of those things is starting Torch-Barran ministries. For the last five or six years now, we've been working with parishes all over the country. Just creating exactly what you said, better experiences four teens to be able to encounter Christ and his church.
