In your office, you have nine different types of people.

You know, see people say, there are only two kinds of people. You know how to see people say there are two kinds of people

in this world, Beatles fans and Bob Dylan fans.

Wrong, there are nine. Yes, there are. Yes, and they are driven by very different motivations.

All of them, yes.

And you're able to communicate to them and love them

and understand how they're communicating with you.

Every single person is different. Every single person is different. And if you get it. with you're

getting to understand the person's language that you're walking in to talk to

and you can just remind yourself of a few things.
