there's obviously a lot of conflicting reports right we've heard about the

Tabata four-minute workouts and that's literally just four minutes of straight work

and that's your whole workout then for the day.

And then sometimes we're hearing about people do 60 minute workouts or 90 minute

I know a lot of kind of like Spartan-based athletes are training for 90 minutes to two hours and so we wonder you know what's the right program for us
