Summary

On today’s episode, the legendary Louise Hay reveals that one of the most powerful things you can do is love yourself. Because the moment you begin to love yourself, then everything else flows beautifully.

Loving yourself does not necessarily mean vanity. Instead, Louise clarifies that to love oneself is to respect and appreciate the magnificent being you are.

She firmly believes that you still have the freedom to choose what to think and say in this present moment, despite what we’ve all been through. We get to choose our own way, we can decide to change the way we think, and we can choose to love ourselves despite what others say and what they do.

Above all, Louise affirms that you’re in charge of creating your world and life. As Louise put it, “Every thought we think is creating our future.” Create a life that you want to live in.
